First time celebrating Daddy’s birthday
The false measles came out yesterday night. My whole body, including my face was filled with dots and dots of red patches. Daddy and Mummy brought me back to TMC for a review checkup and it was really a false alarm. What a relief!
We then went to a Thai restaurant in Thomson road with Lao Gor to celebrate Daddy’s birthday. We had a birthday lunch and a mango birthday cake. Yummy!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY!!!

I've got a high fever
Today in the middle of the night, I've suddenly got a high fever of 38 plus degrees. Mummy then put the cool pad on my head and took me to the GP when the sun rise. The GP gave the fever medicine for me and told my mummy and granny that it could be false measles which some babies may have. It means very high fever for a few days and once the measles is out, the fever will be gone. I was forced to take the fever medicine, help me!!!
My temperature did not go down at all and still in the range of 38 degrees to 40 degrees. Mummy and Daddy was very worried. The next morning, Grandma and Mummy then took me to Thomson Medical Centre (Pediatric Centre) to see Dr Ang Ai Tin. I was then sent for a blood test. Ouch!! So painful!!! Sob Sob... I was again given 2 different kinds of medicine and have to go back for review 4 days later. Forced to take the medicine again... Help!!! The medicine is quite effective. From 40 degrees, it went down to 37 degrees after one dose of medicine. Even though, I was forced to take the medicine every 4 hourly.

My new walker
Daddy took half day leave from work today. I went shopping today with granny, daddy and mummy when mummy is off from work. We met at Causeway Point shopping centre at 6.30pm. And I’ve got a new walker. After we got home, daddy spent about 20 mins trying to put everything together and I've got to run in the walker. Yippee.

I'm 8th month old today
This month, I’ve learned to crawl, roll, sit. I’m now going into the advanced stages of my growing up life cycle. Yippee… Looking forward to the day I can crawl on fours (as now I can only do commando crawl now) and when I can stand, climb, walk and run. Watch out for my new development in my blog.
